LOCATION AND PARKING.

Find us at 147 Chapel Street, St Kilda. Located between Inkerman Street and Carlisle Street, across the road from the St Kilda Police Station. Parking: 1 hour parking can be found out the front of the salon and up Chapel Street or 1 – 2-hour parking can be found in the Coles and Woolworths carparks, located 200 meters away off Carlisle Street. Please leave extra time for yourself to find parking if you are unfamiliar with the area, as it can sometimes be tricky.

 

POLICIES.

We request that all clients arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time for parking and to relax and enjoy a herbal tea in our lounge before treatment commences. Late arrival will result in the treatment time being cut back and full price of the original treatment will be charged.

For privacy and relaxation purposes, we are a quiet space which means no phone use before or during treatments. Phones must be switched off or put on silent before entering our oasis.

We kindly request that friends/family/partners/children do not attend your appointment for their safety as well as for the benefit of others in the spa. This is a tranquil space, and therapists may cease treatment at any time if their disruptions to other guests treatments or safety concerns in the treatment room. If you require a carer or assistance, in this case, we encourage they come along.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Expiry is written on each voucher and cannot be redeemed past the expiry date. Refunds or exchange for cash are not available for gift vouchers.

24 hours’ notice must be given for cancellations and changes to appointments. A late cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a no-show fee charge of 100% of your appointment cost.

When booking, regardless of online or over the phone, full payment must be taken. Refunds are not available and if your appointment needs to be rescheduled, we will keep the payment as a credit on your file valid for 12 months.

OurTeam are highly trained and continue extra training and education to ensure you are receiving the best care and experience. If our Team deem that we are unable to provide your service as it will not be safe, a credit for your next treatment will be applied to your account. Our Team are unable to provide facial treatments if you have had cosmetic injectables in the past 2 weeks, if you currently use prescription retinols/vitamin A products such as Roaccutane or tretinoin or have an active infection / cold (including cold sores).
